I would suggest that if you upgade over the top of with it, that you then remove the PXE componentn completely, reboot and go back and install the PXE component again to make sure it's working correctly. Bryan, after upgrading toif the NIC is not working or being detected, I would recommend removing the PXE component from the server control panel and rebooting.
